Seven Fires One Community Mission Statement: Seven Fires One Community is a land-based, community-led initiative dedicated to feeding our elders, teaching our youth, and carrying forward our responsibilities rooted in the Seven Fires teachings.

 

We honor our ancestors by responsibly harvesting, preparing, and delivering traditional foods to those who came before us—ensuring our elders remain connected to the lifeways that shaped our people.

 

Through hands-on learning, we guide youth in the values of respect, reciprocity, and stewardship—building a new generation grounded in culture and community. By bringing together hunters, fishers, gatherers, and volunteers, we strengthen the bonds between us, restore balance, and show what sovereignty looks like through action.
